versions of delivery of a shooting gallery:

| The implementator makes and gains all furnishing systems, executes
assembly and tests in the territory, executes constructional works
in territory of the Customer and hands after tests an off-the shelf

The customer on delineations and specifications of the Implementator
gains furnishing for the target and executes indispensable constructional

of meters is enabled. For bullet acquisition the sheet of gum of
the similar size by thickness not less 15ii will be used. A friend

and c of several layers of gum by general thickness not less 20ii
is enabled. The implementator completes the target by the gaging
system of coordinates of a bullet, makes and gains remaining components,
executes mounting, tests and surrender of a system as a whole. The
cost of a shooting gallery is lower, than version 1.

Except for activities on version 2, the Customer gains a remaining
complete set of a shooting gallery, except for made by the Implementator.
Main furnishing following:
- The multimedia projector with the sanction 800x600 of pixel

diagonal of a screen not less less than 10 meters;
- The computer of a Pentium III c by frequency not less than 600

The computer is gained only after its test by the Implementator
for definition of substantial characteristics, which one for computers
with identical on advertising by properties can differ in some times.
It is necessary to allow, that the computers and projectors of a
general purpose frequently are not suitable for usage in a structure
of a shooting gallery. The implementator added the target by the
gaging system of coordinates of a bullet, makes original components,
executes mounting, tests and surrender of a system as a whole. The
cost of a shooting gallery in this version minimum.

| The warranties |
| The GERTS Ltd provides training of staff of the customer and guarantee
service of a shooting gallery within one year after surrender in exploitation
and afterguarantee service under the separately concluded agreement,
and also delivery of the new scripts, exercises and programs on reduced
prices.
